Being Still

Hello Friend,

Stress. Worry. We all work through these things. If we're not at a place of stress or worry now, it seems that there will be a time when we will be.

It's life.

In today's post, I share of how the Lord, in His mercy and grace, drew my heart to a quiet place. A place of stillness and rest.

Fullness

The House Next Door

Hello Friends,

There's an old Victorian across the street from where we live. It's charming. Beautiful. A grand old home.

But it's empty inside.

It's been empty for a couple of  years.

I've been thinking, when the boys and I walk past each day, that this house is quite the opposite of me - a follower of Christ.

When Hope Is What You're Holding

I've been learning about hope. Stretching for it. Reaching for it. Holding it.

And finding peace in it.

What an overwhelming thing to begin to understand that our ever-loving Lord is always present, always with us, bringing light to even places that seem to have done dark.
